What's really funny about all the comments, the customer at some point really thinks that we can do something about it. WE CAN'T! Once it leaves our hands, it's out of our control, if you think about the price that is being paid and still getting a tracking number, the basic shipping is a really good deal. Just remember, there may be close to 10-50 people who will handle this piece of mail before it arrives on your door step.
The best advice we can give you is to plan in advance, be patient and if you have no other choice, choose the upgraded shipping options and keep in contact with us until it is mailed and until you have your tracking number from the shipping company. Once you have the tracking number, please keep an eye open for the updates.

Shipping policy:
Any person whoever does a charge-back against the purchase after the item is mailed will be banned for life from all of our listings throughout the internet. We personally back up all the arrivals. If the item gets lost, we back up our orders and can resend on the rare incident that the patch(s) is lost. So, don't panic, just contact us!
Please make sure the mailing address on your online paypal payment is 100% accurate to avoid "undeliverable as addressed". Returns shipments will be charged back to the customer for return shipping fees. We mention this as paypal gives customers options to choose more than one address for shipping, so please choose the correct one. Paypal at times will show a default address and not necessarily the address that you want the item mailed to, so pleased double check.
